Well Prisni, you may think that what you believe about Radha or her expansions, or expansions in general is authentic Gaudiya Vaishnava doctrine, but in fact, it is not.

Today is Radhashtami. Many Gaudiya temples, especially ISKCON, will celebrate on the 7th because that’s a Sunday and that fits in well with their traditional Sunday feast program. Radhashtami is Goddess Srimati Radharani’s birthday celebration. She is also called Radhika or Radha or a host of other names.
